TERMS
Cash or check
without approved credit.
Credit will be
issued automatically when repeat customer status is established, and will
be based on past buying trends.
Past due accounts
will be assessed a late fee.
Return checks will
be charged a service fee equal to the maximum amount allowed by law.
GUARANTEE AND CLAIMS
Plants are guaranteed to be true to name and healthy upon arrival. Any
damages or shortages must be reported to delivery person and noted on
return invoice. We limit liability to plant price plus delivery charge
only. No other guaranteed are expressed or implied.
